What’s in a daydream?

The daydreaming child, time well spent,
Pursuing rainbows, heaven sent.
Dancing with fairies! Let them be,
Lost in the clouds, deliberately.
Let them wander, they’re not lost,
Befriending giants, snow and frost.
Exploring beyond, let them go,
Mysterious lands you’ll never know.
Candy mountains and chocolate streams,
Riding rapids, playful dreams.
Flying high, a growing world,
The path of life, revealed, unfurled.
It’s time to live again.
